From Original Sample to Test Fit: Baler Part Development at Agmishop
October 24, 2026
A clear sample helps turn a parts request into a manufacturing project. At Agmishop, our development work combines original-part measurement, 3D drawings and test fitting on the machine. Here is how these steps support baler replacement part development.
Start with the original part
We use the original component as a reference for reverse engineering. Our team measures its shape and key features. A worn or damaged sample may not show the original dimensions clearly. Please point out any known wear, cracks or repairs when you send a sample.
Build a 3D drawing
Our technical team uses the measurements to prepare a 3D model and manufacturing drawings. Mounting holes, bearing positions and mating surfaces need particular attention. We also consider how the component works. Its shape is only one part of the development task.
Plan the manufacturing process
We consider the required performance when planning machining and fabrication. Our available processes include CNC machining, welding, stamping and bending. The process depends on the component. Not every part needs the same material, surface treatment or production steps.
Review the fit on the machine
Trial installation helps us review how a sample fits the relevant machine and nearby components. A fit check is not the same as a full service-life test. Any extra testing requirements should be discussed separately. Send your sample photos, part number, machine model and intended use to start a development enquiry.
