Quality Control
At Agmishop, our quality control work focuses on the details that matter in agricultural machinery parts: dimensional accuracy, hardness and proper fit.
We combine practical manufacturing experience with inspection equipment to evaluate agricultural blades and baler components against their specifications. Inspection methods are selected according to the part’s design, manufacturing process and intended application.
Inspection area
Dimensional inspection using a coordinate measuring machine.Dimensional Inspection
Accurate dimensions are essential to proper fit and assembly. Our inspection capabilities include a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) for checking specified dimensions and geometric features.
For relevant components, dimensional checks focus on features such as mounting holes, hole spacing and mating surfaces. These measurements help us assess whether the manufactured part meets the requirements of its technical drawing.
Hardness testing of an agricultural machinery component.Hardness Testing
Agricultural blades and wear components operate under different cutting, friction and loading conditions. Hardness testing helps us assess whether a part meets its specified hardness requirements.
The required hardness depends on the material, component design and intended use. We assess results against the specification for the individual product rather than applying one hardness value to every part.
Visual inspection of surface condition and manufacturing details.Visual and Workmanship Inspection
Visual inspection helps identify visible manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. Depending on the component, checks may cover surface condition, edges, burrs, weld appearance and the finish of processed areas.
These checks complement dimensional and hardness inspection, helping us evaluate both the measurable features and visible condition of a part.
Checking mounting features and component fit.Fit and Assembly Checks
A replacement part must do more than match its overall dimensions. Mounting points and mating features must also work with the corresponding components.
Where applicable, we carry out fit and assembly checks on relevant features, such as fastener holes and component interfaces. These checks help identify potential assembly issues before the part is put into service.
From sample measurement to 3D modelling and manufacturing drawings.Engineering Support for Product Quality
Our technical team uses reverse engineering, dimensional measurement and 3D CAD modelling to develop manufacturing drawings from original samples.
During development, we consider the part’s functional requirements and working conditions, alongside its geometry. Coordination between engineering and production helps translate these requirements into machining and fabrication processes.
Discuss Your Inspection Requirements
If your order requires particular dimensional tolerances, hardness values or inspection documentation, please share these requirements with us before placing the order. Send us your part numbers, drawings, samples or application details. Our team will review the requirements and confirm which checks and documentation can be provided.
