Agmishop draws on the manufacturing experience of Nanjing Shenfa Metallurgical Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Our manufacturing roots go back to 1998. Today, our facilities include blade production, welding, laser cladding and CNC machining workshops, plus stamping and bending equipment.

Blade production experience

Agricultural blades remain an important part of our work. Our range includes baler blades, net-cutting knives for round balers and forage harvester blades. These products serve different cutting tasks. Their manufacturing requirements must be considered for the intended application.

CNC machining and metal fabrication

CNC machining supports the production of specified shapes and mating features. Welding, stamping and bending provide additional ways to make metal components. Our team selects the relevant processes for the part. We do not apply the same production route to every item.

Laser cladding capability

Our facilities also include laser cladding. This is a surface-processing capability that can be considered for suitable wear applications. Whether it is appropriate depends on the component and its working conditions. Please discuss your specific application with our team rather than assuming that every replacement part uses this process.

Connecting drawings with production

Our technical team works with 3D drawings and machining requirements. This helps turn sample measurements into manufacturing information. Customers can send a drawing, an original sample or clear photos for an initial discussion. Include the machine model, part number and required quantity. We will review the request and clarify which manufacturing options are suitable.
